Military Loudspeaker

The traditional military loudspeaker is designed in two parts.  The military loudspeaker has a fibrous semi-rigid cone.  Attached to the apex of the cone is a coil of fine wire.  This called the voice coil or moving coil.  This coil is oriented coaxially with a permanent magnet where one pole is outside the coil, whilst the other is within the coil axis.  These loudspeaker parts are held together by a chassis or basket.
