- TACOM Headsets : Currently In Development - The CJ TACOM Tactical Communication dual ear-cup headsets offer exceptional clear communications. Standard heavy-duty earphone pads offer hearing protection for consistent, clear communication in high-noise environments. Comfortable and lightweight, these headsets are available in either “over-the-head” or “behind-the-head” styles. Adjustable boom microphones have noise cancellation characteristics and are available in either dynamic or electret styles. Various push-to-talk (PTT) options, such as single or dual PTT switches and built-in volume control are available. CJ TACOM series headsets may be purchased as off-the shelf products or as custom designed headsets to meet various communication system requirements.
- Hearing Protection TACOM Headsets : Currently In Development - Technologies to provide hearing protection, situational awareness and noise cancellation are incorporated into these CJ TACOM Tactical Communication Headsets. Made for a variety of high noise tactical situations, such as vehicle operations (HMMWV), the built-in active noise reduction (ANR) helps reduce the noise and decrease misunderstood and repeated commands, maintaining clear communication. Comfortable and lightweight, these headsets may be worn continually for long missions. With the same microphone and push-to-talk switch availabilities of the standard CJ TACOM Headsets, these TACOM Headsets with ANR can improve voice intelligibility when used as part of a vehicle intercom system.
- Combat Vehicular Crewman Helmets : Helmets with communication headset-microphone kits built into shell and liner provides the crewmen of an armored vehicle protection and intercom communications to other vehicle crewmembers. Outside communication is available via the intercommunication system. The complete CVC Helmet is available for purchase, as well as the communication kit for replacement in existing units. The helmet provides ease of use with binoculars, protective masks, and easy line of sight to vehicle instruments.
- Headset-Microphone : Standard headset-microphones designed for use with a wide array of military radio and telephone systems are available in original and modified styles. In both dual ear-cup and single ear-cup versions, with various boom dynamic microphones, these headsets have been and are currently in service worldwide. These headsets are available for off-the shelf-purchase or may be modified to meet your communication needs.
